As a SEND practitioner I strongly believe we have to look to ourselves in the classroom.
We need to be flexible in our approach, ensuring we change our teaching style to meet the needs of learners not ask learners to fit into our pattern. If a child is in crisis then what did we do? How could we prevent this? These are the questions we should ask!
